Shipping
- Free shipping on every order — no minimum, anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days after it ships.
- You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.
Returns
- 30-day returns. Not happy with your hose? Send it back within 30 days for a refund.
- To start, email support@titanhoses.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received.
- Defective or damaged on arrival? That's covered too — we'll make it right right away.
