Shipping policy

 

Free shipping, every order. All orders ship free within the United States — no minimums, no codes needed.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time. Standard delivery takes [2–7] business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping area. We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including [Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories — remove any you don't ship to]. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking. Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package appears lost, contact us at support@titanhoses.com and we'll make it right.

Damaged or missing items. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email support@titanhoses.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Address changes. Need to fix a shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
